Veteran: Lyah Beth LeFlore
Lyah Beth LeFlore is a multi-talented force. Starting her career in entertainment and becoming a NY Times Best Selling Author, Lyah has paved a path for many to find inspiration and motivation in. From St. Louis, Missouri, like many Midwest girls Lyah had dreams of the Big Apple. After graduating college she moved to New York to live out her dreams and started her career at Nickelodeon as the assistant to the VP of Programming. While working there she began to see the ins and outs of the entertainment industry; and, she started to meet and make connections with people who soon became today’s prominent media makers. From Nickelodeon Lyah worked as Director of Development at Uptown Entertainment and helped develop the television show New York Undercover, and became an associate producer for show. After leaving New York Undercover Lyah worked as VP of Television Production and Development with Alan Haymon’s, Haymon Development. However, even with her growing portfolio and skill as a producer she still yearned to create something of her own. Growing up in an artistic household was always a part of her and Lyah took a leap of faith and wrote her first book, Cosmopolitan Girls, and from there she didn’t stop. She dares to push herself and continue to develop her craft. Lyah Beth LeFlore is Strong & Elite, and a Veteran who continues to do it.
